Computer, computer accessories and electronics can be taken to our annual Household Hazardous Waste Collection held every year in the Fall.  Throughout the year, you can try taking them to one of the following locations:

ComputersAgain is one of over 450 nonprofit computer refurbishes operating in the US today that accepts old computers and sells them to help Northeast Ohio families acquire the education and tools needed to gain marketable skills in computer technology. ComputersAgain is aprogram of the Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio, Inc. and is located at 408 9th SW, Canton, Ohio 44707. eTek

eTek Computer Services, located in Massillon takes in computers, monitors, printers, computer accessories, stereo equipment, speakers, games consoles and many other electronics.  e-Tek strips down the equipment and takes the metals, plastics and different parts to recycling centers. 

The electronics are removed and used if there is life left in them, and if there is no life left, they are shipped out to a recycling center for electronics.  e-Tek also tries to donate a portion of their equipment to less fortunate, lower income people.  e-Tek is located at 3643 Lincon Way E., Massillon, Ohio 44646. e-Tek can be reached at 330-494-4933 or at 866-766-6441 or through e-mail at recycle@etekunited.com.
