The 2007
Residential Recycling Report Card was
prepared and published by the Stark-Tuscarawas-Wayne
Joint Solid Waste Management District to showcase
the results of the tri-county recycling efforts.
Every day in Stark, Tuscarawas and Wane counties, residents actively recycle their newspaper, cardboard aluminum cans, soup cans, glass bottles and plastic bottles for recycling. These items are collected and manufacturers turn them into new products that are used again.
This conserves natural resources, saves energy and reduces pollution. In addition, it will divert trash that would otherwise end up in landfills. Keep on recycling and tell your neighbors.
